Integrate WinOrder

Follow the steps below to establish the connection between MERGEPORT and your WinOrder POS system. This setup allows orders from connected platforms (such as Lieferando, Wolt, or Uber Eats) to be injected automatically into your POS.

Prerequisite / Setup

Before configuring WinOrder, you must retrieve your credentials from the MERGEPORT Controller:

1. Log in to the MERGEPORT Controller.
2. Select your restaurant and open the Configuration section.
3. Copy the following credentials:
   • Restaurant ID (used as username)
   • API Key (used as password)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Set up MERGEPORT in the WinOrder configuration:

1. Open WinOrder on your system.
2. Start the Online Shop Setup Wizard (Online-Shop Einrichtungsassistent).
3. Select MERGEPORT as the platform.
4. Enter your credentials:
   • Username: Your Restaurant ID
   • Password: Your API Key
5. Confirm the settings and complete the wizard.

Once finished, WinOrder will automatically process incoming orders from all active, connected delivery platforms via MERGEPORT.
