Integrate Wolt with WinOrder

Follow this guide to complete the onboarding and connection process to automatically transfer Wolt orders to your WinOrder POS system.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Enter Contact Email

Enter your email address on the registration page and accept the MERGEPORT Terms of Service. You will be automatically redirected to the next step.

Step 2: Enter Restaurant Name

Enter your restaurant name. Ensure that your POS system (WinOrder) and the delivery platform (Wolt) are supported by MERGEPORT.

Step 3: Choose a Payment Method

Select your preferred payment plan and method. Once the secure payment checkout is complete, you will be redirected to the platform connection step.

Step 4: Connect Wolt to MERGEPORT

Click the + icon in the MERGEPORT dashboard and select Wolt.
Click Continue, then click the Sign in button.
You will be redirected to Wolt:
- Log in with your Wolt merchant credentials.
- Choose the correct restaurant.
- Confirm by clicking Authorize.

Step 5: Save API Credentials

After successful linking, you will be redirected back to MERGEPORT. Copy or note down the credentials shown:

Restaurant ID (username)
API Key (password)

Step 6: Complete Setup in WinOrder

Use the credentials retrieved in Step 5 to connect your POS system. For the detailed configuration steps inside the WinOrder interface, please refer to the Integrate WinOrder setup guide.

Deactivating the Integration

If you need to disable this integration at a later date, you can delete or adjust the Wolt connection settings in the online shop section of your WinOrder POS settings.
